The Library is Closed for the Holidays
There's no place like home for the holidays, and that's where we'll be. The Library will be closed from Thursday, December 23, 2010 until we return for the Spring Semester on Monday, January 3, 2011. From January 3 to Friday, January 7, 2011, we are open from 8:30AM to 6:00PM. All of our valuable online resources, like Credo Reference and WilsonWeb Omnifile, will continue to be available 24 hours a day. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.

Special Silver Sale at the Library
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Every single piece that was unpacked was tarnished, but members of the Library Staff came to the rescue. They donned rubber gloves and with lots of silver polish and determination, they brought the teapots, flatware, vases, and bowls back to their brilliant former lives. A silver specialist did the pricing and has offered to buy some things, but we wanted to offer the Rosemont Community the chance to buy first.
The silver will be in two cases in the Kistler Library on November 19, 2010 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please stop by to have a look. Cathy Fennell or Mary Leahy will be pleased to show you any of the pieces you want to see.
Thank you in advance for helping us turn these items into something useful for Rosemont.
