Additional JSTOR Content Now Available

Kistler Memorial Library has added two new collections to our JSTOR subscriptions. Arts & Sciences XII and XIII will provide you with full online access all the way back to the first issues of over 250 scholarly journals in the fields of Religion, Language & Literature, Law, Education, Social Sciences, Criminal Justice, Art History, and more. Notable titles added include Arab Studies Quarterly, British Journal of Criminology, British Journal of Social Work, Cambridge Quarterly, Early American Studies, Educational Psychology Review, Journal of Church & State, Professional School Counseling, and Studies in the History of Art.

We have also added Books at JSTOR, a program that offers access to thousands of books from scholarly publishers covering the same disciplines as JSTOR's journal content, and integrated into the familiar JSTOR platform.

New Journal Content Added to Project MUSE

Project MUSE has been expanding in recent months to bring you even more reliable, scholarly journals. Twenty-eight journals have been added to the collection over the past year, including:

Project MUSE is a full-text collection of nearly 600 scholarly, peer reviewed journals in the arts, humanities, and social sciences from over 120 university presses and scholarly societies.

More Content Coming to Project MUSE


Project MUSE has added back issues for ten journals to the collection. Nine of these titles now have their complete runs available in MUSE, bringing the total number of full-run titles to 46 of the more than 400 Project MUSE journals. The ten journals adding back issues are:

New in the Library: American Theatre

The Library has begun a subscription to American Theatre, a professional magazine published by the Theatre Communications Group, the national organization for the American theatre. In ten issues a year, American Theatre features articles, book reviews, production reviews, and new full-length plays. The Library has upgraded its subscription to Project MUSE from the Standard to the Premium Collection. What this means to you is an additional 134 current, full-text, scholarly journals, with significant additions in the fields of Literature, History, Asian Studies, Politics & Policy Studies, Film, Theater, & Performing Arts, Religion, Women’s Studies, Education, Sociology, Anthropology, Medieval & Renaissance Studies, and Art & Architecture. As Premium Collection subscribers, we will also have access to any journals added to Project MUSE in the future.
